We are dedicated to the principles of responsible sourcing, ensuring that our manufacturing facilities adhere to the most stringent criteria through meticulous risk assessments and ethical audits aimed at combating contemporary issues like modern-day slavery and human trafficking.

In our pursuit of sustainability, we are transitioning from traditional materials to more eco-friendly alternatives, including organic cotton and recycled polyester. This shift is undertaken in close collaboration with our manufacturing partners to maintain transparency throughout the supply chain and secure commercially viable pricing, all while upholding our commitment to environmental stewardship and ethical practices.

AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) Final Inspection: Implementing a statistical quality control method to inspect the final product batch, ensuring it meets the acceptable quality standards before shipment.

Our commitment to quality is unwavering, with each sample undergoing rigorous scrutiny for checking, measurement, and fitting on both customer-specific mannequins and live models prior to presentation to our clients. Our initial fit approval rate surpasses 50%, a testament to our meticulous attention to detail and excellence. We ensure the adherence to performance standards for both raw materials and finished garments through both external third-party evaluations and our comprehensive internal testing procedures. In our pursuit of excellence, we conduct selective in-house testing on samples drawn randomly from ongoing inspections, in conjunction with analyses carried out by external agencies.

Our quality assurance approach is predicated on the implementation of both preventive and corrective measures, eschewing reliance on final Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) inspections to preclude any issues with the end product. This strategy is underpinned by thorough risk assessments and pre-production (PP) meetings, which are crucial for early identification and mitigation of potential risks. For designs deemed high-risk, we mandate pilot runs to ensure the integrity of the product.

Furthermore, we execute stringent inline and final inspections for each order prior to dispatch, guaranteeing that every product not only meets but exceeds our rigorous quality standards.
